evaluation
reviewed on: 02/09/2014 by Connie NelsonThey have only been there for 1 week so it would be hard to rate them right now. So far everything has gone smooth. Pat has memory problems and does not seem to be too happy there, but that was expected. Bill seems to be fitting right in.

reviewed on: 03/19/2014 by A DThis is a nice looking community, and the staff have been very friendly and easy to work with. However, we've had a few issues when it comes to the care. They really are not set-up to handle diabetes management. They've given my loved one an insulin shot at inappropriate times more than once. They also need to be more proactive when it comes to their memory care. There have been times when my loved one has not been bathed in a few days because if she says she does not want a bath they'll just stop asking.

Positive respite experience
reviewed on: 11/17/2014 by AnonymousMy mother was at Morning Pointe for a five-day respite stay in October. It appeared to be a very positive experience for her. We were a little put off when we arrived because the "guest room" had not been fully prepared for our arrival. However, once Mom was settled, things appeared to go very well. One of Mom's day-time care-givers told me afterwards that Mom had tried to tell her about the stay and that she seemed to have enjoyed interacting with the other residents. We did not choose Morning Pointe for Mom's permanent residence BUT distance was the primary factor in choosing another facility over Morning Pointe.
Not a good fit!
reviewed on: 11/22/2016 by AnonymousThis just not the right fit for us. The community was lovely and the people were helpful. We just did not like that the halls were so narrow. That became the problem here.
