Community Reviews
I have enjoyed working with the staff.
reviewed on: 04/04/2016 by AnonymousI have enjoyed working with the staff. Yolanda is very personable, we like her very much. They are working hard to accommodate the level of care we need. We had a bit of an issue early on where laundry and things weren't getting done. The initial on-boarding wasn't as smooth as one would hope. My loved one hates the food. It looks like they have a lot going one for activities, and they go on an outing once a week. We originally thought that they had shuttle service for appointments, but it's not consistent, and transportation services aren't as convenient if you need to cross county lines.

reviewed on: 01/29/2014 by MarieThey are pretty good with taking care of him for the most part but, I think they are a little slow in responding to a call button, and I think they are understaffed. They are clean and friendly. He has transport service, and when they bring him back to his apartment they help him get situated, but sometimes they don't put the wheelchair or walker nearby, and he is trapped in his chair, that is a concern. I have spoken with the activity director and there just aren't any activities. They watch dvd's and watch exercises on the dvd. Even when the weather is more decent they don't do outings. We really liked the price and location. He can age in place and if he needs extra care you can have extra care, but they have their own preferred pharmacy and hospice.
Care and Value for family
reviewed on: 06/21/2017 by AnonymousI like this community for care. The staff is caring and attentive. The community has a nice atmosphere and is very clean. The menu is nice, but a little fancy. The activities are nice and we like that she is just getting involved with the nice activities that are offered. We would like that they have the church services that we were informed on. We would recommend that families tour this community for the care and to see the cost is for the care of a loved one.
