Community Reviews
A Promise
reviewed on: 01/31/2014 by Loved oneWe're so glad we found this place, they have been absolutely wonderful and we've been very impressed. The caregivers are compassionate and very caring. The owners are nice people and they're always visiting the facility, it has a real family owned feel, not corporate like many of these places. We were looking for someplace secure for our loved one since she does have wandering issues, and we feel completely safe for her here. Their activities could use a little work, they are a bit disorganized, but they are a new community and it has been improving. One really great thing about this community is the promise that they'll be there for your loved one all the way to the end. Many communities will make you find somewhere else once memory issues get to the point of agitation or aggression, but that is something that they will work with here.
They have been very good.
reviewed on: 02/17/2014 by Loved OneShe eats very well there and she says the food is very good. The meals look appealing, I would give the food a five as well. I don't think there is anything that could be improved, that I've seen. They were so willing to accept the needs she had, they didn't have any question that they would be able to provide the level of care she needs. They were very accommodating.
Wonderful place
reviewed on: 09/10/2016 by DaughterAbsolutely wonderful place. It is a great to know that my Mom is being taken care of and loved while I cannot be with her. Their atmosphere is very comfortable and feels like home. The food is good and nutritional. The aids are trained in how to handle Alzheimer's patients.
So far I have been extremely pleased.
reviewed on: 10/02/2014 by PamSo far I have been extremely pleased. Everyone there is real friendly. They have been able to sway her into liking it, she didn't want to move, and they have made the transition easy. She thinks of it as home now. It's always clean, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful, and the communication is good, they keep me in the loop. They go on outings. Marge the director sends me pictures of the things going on, they had a tea party, and they sent pictures of that. They were working on a float for the fall parade. There are only 13 residents there, so they get good one on one care, and time. They are able to keep her active and involved, which has helped so much. I would recommend them to anyone.
