reviewed on: 12/13/2017 by AnonymousCambridge House is very beautiful. My mom is very happy here. My family is grateful that she is safe and cared for by the CNA’S. They all seem very friendly and really care about my mom. I however have found for the couple of years she has been here and this is nothing new. The management always acts to busy or annoyed to deal with you. They should be used to families calling and inquiring about their loved ones. We are putting them in their hands. For the most part we are happy where she is. But management could be a little more accommodating

reviewed on: 10/19/2021 by LindaThey are fantastic. It looks and feels just like a home. The food is good, and my mom talks about it all the time. I have no complaints, and neither does my loved one. The staff are very good at keeping you informed of your loved one. They do Zoom meetings once a month for the family to keep us up-to-date. They also have a portal you can use to ask questions, or find out what is going on with your loved one. They even offered to do Facetime calls during lock down due to COVID
I would recommend for the deaf community

The room sizes here are good, but I do think the kitchen could use some more space. Overall, it is a small community and everyone gets along well here. I would and have recommended for the deaf community. I do think they need an interpreter here to help with communication, that would be very helpful.

Their courteous and accommodating staff, the smiles on so many of the residents faces, coupled with the activities and cleanliness are all reassuring my mom made the right decision. We were amazed at how quickly Tracey was able to process all the paperwork the day before Thanksgiving, removing Mom from an unbearable noisy apartment dwelling. We cannot be more pleased and we haven’t seen Mom this happy in years!
