Community Reviews
Nice community
reviewed on: 09/27/2017 by AnonymousThis was a very nice community, open bright and spacious and the staff did a very nice job with our tour, they showed us all around and answered all our questions. I would recommend coming on their tour to see the community and all they have to offer.
More friendly
reviewed on: 12/13/2017 by AnonymousCambridge House is very beautiful. My mom is very happy here. My family is grateful that she is safe and cared for by the CNA’S. They all seem very friendly and really care about my mom. I however have found for the couple of years she has been here and this is nothing new. The management always acts to busy or annoyed to deal with you. They should be used to families calling and inquiring about their loved ones. We are putting them in their hands. For the most part we are happy where she is. But management could be a little more accommodating
Home Away From Home
reviewed on: 09/02/2018 by Brenda BMy Father, Ben, has been a resident for over 8 years. Everyone has been so nice to him and our family. We are grateful for the personal concern for him when he has had a fall. You offer various musical venues and he enjoys them. His apartment is perfect for him too. When he has had friends or family visit for the first time, they are very impressed with the decor, friendliness and dining area. All in all Cambridge House has been a nice home for my Dad. Thank you so much!
Wonderful place for your loved one
reviewed on: 11/13/2017 by AnonymousMy mother moved in Cambridge a year ago. This place is wonderful. She feels safe and secure and loves the activities. The staff is very wonderful and they are all very caring towards each resident. The place is always very clean and the maintenance staff is top notch. Her only complaint is the food is not as good as it was when she first moved in, but it is still acceptable, just not as good. My only complaint is I wish they had more activities on the weekend. During the week Cambridge has a very nice variety of activities.
I would recommend for the deaf community
reviewed on: 12/03/2020 by Gary OliverWe chose Cambridge House of Maryville because it was recommended to us through family members, they said that it was a well-managed facility. The room sizes here are good, but I do think the kitchen could use some more space. Overall, it is a small community and everyone gets along well here. I would and have recommended for the deaf community. I do think they need an interpreter here to help with communication, that would be very helpful.
