reviewed on: 06/23/2021 by Julie GThe Pointe at Jacksonville is a wonderful place. The remodeling being done is beautiful. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful to visitors and residents. The rooms are spacious and very nice. They always have some kind of activity for the residents which is great! Also the food is very good and the snack bar that is available 24 hours is awesome!
