Waterford Estates has given our family peace of mind
reviewed on: 05/26/2017 by Sharon P.My mother has been a resident of Waterford Estates for nearly 9 years. She is now 95 years old. The staff here is very friendly and genuinely care about the residents. When my mom was still able to travel, Waterford offered a bus that would take her to the drug store, grocery store, bank, etc. It gave her a sense of freedom and independence that made both of us feel better. The staff knows our family on sight and always greets us with a smile. I have peace of mind, knowing that help is near if Mom should need it.

Very Caring and Dedicated Staff
reviewed on: 01/11/2021 by AnonymousThe independent nursing team was horrible. We paid for daily medicine and it was mixed up with another resident. This team who is not with Waterford Estates was horrible. The Head of Nursing was horrible, not around, hard to get a hold of, and wouldn't show up on time.. The Waterford Estates was great, and the staff were wonderful. There were a lot of activities available for the residents to choose from to be able participate in.

reviewed on: 11/14/2016 by AnonymousThis community could use a little more staff. It seems the good ones working there are over worked and not as attentive as I think they should be. They have enough activities and they keep the community clean. Dad is about half and half with the food but everything is cooked appropriately. I would recommend this community.
