reviewed on: 06/18/2019 by SumanThe staff has been so wonderful during my stay here for rehab, from housekeeping to the therapists and nurses, to the managers. They all made my recovery go smoothly. If not for all of them, my recovery would have felt slower and more difficult. I truly value and appreciate the quality care I received here.

reviewed on: 09/01/2018 by AnonymousOur mom was in skilled nursing at Assisi Clare Oaks and was a positive experience. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. They explained policies and provided updates on her rehab. She had favorite CNAs plus the nurses were very professional and patient. The rooms were always kept clean and light and bright.

I Liked What I They Offer
reviewed on: 11/02/2016 by AnonymousWhen I visited with the community they told me about an outing they do. People with dementia try to keep their finger moving to help out. So they work with the Human Society Community. The resident are tearing paper for the animals. They feel like they are serving a purpose for animals and they are able to socialize and help animals.
