reviewed on: 06/18/2019 by AnonymousMy father stayed at Clare Oaks for short-term rehabilitation and based on the care he received there, I would highly recommend it for anyone searching for a skilled nursing facility. The nurses are very thorough in their explanations of medications and procedures, also the therapists are extremely knowledgeable and he had therapy at the same time each day. Also, he enjoyed many activities that were scheduled.

reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by AnonymousWithout an exception the staff were outstanding. They were professional, kind and helpful which made the time away from home less stressful. The rooms are pleasant with big windows, good lighting and plenty of room for visitors. The food varies a lot but you'll never go hungry! PT and OT are excellent and available seven days a week.

The care here is outstanding, from certified nursing assistants to therapists, nurses and administrative staff, they are very knowledgeable and caring.
