reviewed on: 11/25/2019 by Amber JonesI toured this community last weekend. The administrator came in on Saturday to show me around. The residents were happy and eating lunch that smelled amazing. The grounds are beautiful and the rooms are really big. When my dad is ready for memory care we will be moving him here.
It was a very clean facility with some very nice people.

It was kind of difficult to get the records for medication and things transferred, and that wasn't done in a timely manor. They were very courteous and helpful when we were in need of a bed, and it was very well kept.

Overall it has been a good experience.

They have gone to complete memory care from the time he moved in there. I don't think someone in his position could move there at this point. They are probably at 80% memory care now. I am really impressed with the company. They were good about the people that didn't want to stay when they were converting to memory care. They paid to move them and everything if they chose to no longer live there. Overall it has been a good experience.

reviewed on: 06/26/2020 by ShawnRegency Columbia Village is the best Memory Care in and around Boise. My great uncle lives there and he so well taken care of. He is so happy and myself and family are so happy with all the staff. We have never had an issue with any staff member there. If we have a concern we know we can email, call or stop by and talk to Angie the Executive Director and she will make us feel better instantly. The professionalism starts with Angie and goes all the way down to all the other staff. They have fun with all the residents and we love how well he is taken care of.
