My review of Benton House Woodstock (Principal Senior Living)
reviewed on: 08/11/2021 by ShelleyOur family was able to have an in person tour, but that the time the community was on a pretty strict lock down. They did however open up the balcony doors so we can peak inside and see some of the rooms
Benton House of Woodstock is a Great Assisted Living Value
reviewed on: 06/21/2021 by MarianWe looked at several and we felt that Benton House with the homiest, some of the other communities can feel intuitional. My loved one's only complaint is that the food is not served hot. The breakfast is the best meal they have there, according to my loved one. The community is clean. They also have a memory care side, which has worked hard to help my mom settle in. The community was all on one floor, this was a huge plus for us. My loved one also has a private porch off of their room. It came with rocking chairs. My dad is in assisted living and my mom is in memory care. They are able to visit each other with ease.
Would totally recommend
reviewed on: 07/08/2021 by MarkWe chose Benton House Woodstock because they were in Cherokee county which had less covid restrictions at the time, it is very close to our house, and also we liked that it was smaller. It is on one floor and she was able to get a room that has a door to an outside courtyard. The pricing is all inclusive as well so we know what we will be paying each month. It is more personalized care and everyone knows her by name, we really like that aspect of it. The one complaint she has is the food, they could improve on the quality and sometimes it is served cold. Other than that my mom is very happy here and we would recommend them to others who are looking.
Parents Are Still Adjusting
reviewed on: 07/25/2016 by AnonymousThis community is my parents new home. They are enjoying it but still adjusting to their new community. My parents are pleased with the room they have. The meals are good here too. The only complaint is, no exercise class has been started. It's not the activity calendar but no class. I spoke to someone about this and they are looking into it.
Very satisfied
reviewed on: 07/21/2015 by AnonymousBenton House of Woodstock is a very nice place, overall, I'm very satisfied with my choice. The people here are friendly, and the staff is caring and professional. The facility itself is nice looking, and always very clean. It's a little on the pricey side, but they do a great job!
