My mom likes the environment and that they take care of her cleaning needs. The menu is appealing. They could use more activities for the residents. We would recommend this community for other families for the good care and value.

The staff is very attentive to her needs and the place is extremely clean. We can see the satisfaction on her face every time we ask her how she loves it. We could not ask for a better living facility for our mom!

reviewed on: 11/18/2014 by AnonymousThe residents and the staff at Coastal Senior Living of St. Mary's are extremely friendly and helpful. I do think they should have a little more medical training represented in their staff. That would be helpful and comforting. Mom's memory is not good, and they do the best they can with what they have to work with. There seems to be a bit of a high turnover rate in their staff, and it would be good if something could be done to alleviate that. Otherwise we have had a very positive experience and we are very well pleased!
