Community Reviews
Ivy Hall Johns Creek, GA
reviewed on: 10/30/2020 by Karen B-GIvy Hall was one of 8 assisted living communities my husband& I researched. Visited property virtually (online) & in person on front porch with Dyan Burnstein (Sales & Marketing Director). Dyan was so helpful, answered all my questions & set up meetings with executive director, nursing, activities, dining & facilities directors. Because the community is following CDC quarantine procedures, all meetings required wearing masks & social distancing. All team members were kind, caring & answered my many questions about considering the community for my mother in law. We were never able to go into the community prior to our decision to move our loved one in. There were many email exchanges with photos of apartment options so that I could best make a choice of apartment. My mom in law has been at Ivy Hall since mid-Sep. She enjoys staff, care team, meals, activities, services & her apartment. I am so pleased the team keeps us updated on my loved one’s progress & calls for medical care when needed. Thank you Ivy Hall team.... very much appreciate your commitment to quality & individualized geriatric care. It will be EVEN BETTER when Covid quarantine is over & community residents can take trips outside community.

mother seems happier than she has ever been
reviewed on: 11/09/2015 by AnonymousSo far we are pleased with Ivy Hall Assisted Living. Everything is going well. My mother seems happier than she has ever been in her entire life. The parking is difficult there and that is the only negative. It has the warmest feeling here. The size isn't too big and intimidating. I am very pleased.
A Wonderful Place for Mom
reviewed on: 11/18/2021 by Jeff MThe level of care for the money is exemplary. Mom is very happy here. The staff has been extremely helpful in all aspects of her care including getting her moved from FL to GA. I couldn't have asked for more.
Review of Ivy Hall Assisted Living
reviewed on: 09/19/2019 by CBHighest marks to Ivy Hall and their coordination with Hospice to Care for my mother. She had an unusually fast decline - moved in on a Thursday, went under Hospice Care that evening and passed away on Friday evening - a resident for 30 hours. I couldn't have asked for anything more in terms of attention or compassion.
