My review of Tapestry House
reviewed on: 10/11/2021 by anonymousThe main complaint is our loved one is not capable of having a cell phone so it is hard to get in touch. The staff are hard to get a hold of, so communication is something that needs improvement.

Just the right size, affordable, secure, friendly community
reviewed on: 04/23/2021 by KBWe chose this facility because the whole unit was a secured lock, not just one wing of a building. And there's an awake staff during the night. So our loved one is a lot calmer and less agitated, with less escape attempts. They offer a lot of activities here. The staff is receptive and attentive to questions we may have as a family. They seem to be very well priced as far as memory care runs, which was a concern for us. Our loved one can be a difficult client, with some meltdowns and escape attempts. They've handled all that well, and we're very happy with them. I believe there are about 20 clients, so it's not too big, but big enough so he can wander around without getting bored. It's a really clean, friendly place.
Tapestry House Memory Care
reviewed on: 06/15/2020 by AnonymousThey did a good job keeping the resident rooms clean. In the beginning, the staff was more experienced and friendly. Over time, they seemed to have some turnover and the new staff wasn't quite as experienced or friendly. Same goes for the care, at first it was good, then towards the end, they ended up forgetting my mother's medication one day. As far as I know, the food was good and there were plenty of activities. One time I took my mom and they were all going on a field trip, which my mother enjoyed.
