reviewed on: 09/15/2015 by AnonymousI am very satisfied with Dixie Oak Manor. Everything is just fine here. It is a clean facility. The staff are very nice. I am really pleased overall with the whole experience at this facility.
Lack of staff
reviewed on: 09/14/2017 by AnonymousI did not like this community for care due to lack of supervision. My mom was able to walk out the front door and the staff did not notice. The staff were nice and then understood when I took my mom out of the community. They did not seem to have enough staff member. We did not know if they had a good menu. They had if more staff this may have been avoided. I can not recommend this community due to lack of staff.
