reviewed on: 12/12/2014 by AnonymousI am very happy with most everything at Savannah Court of St. Cloud. One thing that I can think of to critique is their schedule for cleaning the rooms and doing the laundry could improve. Also, my sister has dementia and there have been a couple of instances where they haven't been as patient as they should be with her. The food is good, but they need to inform the residents what the alternatives are if they do not like the main choice. My sister forgets that she can ask so if she does not like the main option she just does not eat. Those are a few areas for improvement, but again, overall it has been a good experience. The staff is great, and everything else about the experience has been wonderful.

I love how I can call and anyone who picks up knows all about my mom and how she is doing. It really is a sense of family. I highly recommend!

reviewed on: 07/01/2020 by AnonymousIt is Assisted Living and if your loved one does not need high-end care needs Savannah Court is a good fit. If you need high-end care you need to bring in a private caregiver to do what they are not allowed to provide in Assisted Living. The room sizes and layout are good.

This is important since I am in a distant state from where the facility is. They have been flexible and accommodating and willing to work with me to straighten out any misunderstandings on my mother’s part.
