Community Reviews
The Carlisle was a great decision for us!!!!
reviewed on: 08/23/2016 by AnonymousWe chose this community as it had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff are open, caring and great at keeping an eye on her. The other residents are also good at watching out for her. The community is stylish, updated and they have an incredible maintenance crew. Mom likes spending time with the new friends she has made here.
All under one roof
reviewed on: 11/11/2013 by Senior Housing SolutionsThe Carlisle is very nice rental community in Naples with a central location. it is nicely decorated and is well maintained. The staff are well trained and the food is consistently very good. The activity program is very active. The community is large but is "under one roof" which many people find attractive so they don't need to worry about walking outside in bad weather. The Carlisle also offers assisted living with an ECC license.
Waiting List
reviewed on: 11/22/2013 by DaughterMy dad really liked it in the beginning but the waiting list was way long and we didn't want to wait. This might have been a good option if there wasn't a waiting list. Tom there was a very nice person. There weren't enough two bedrooms and my dad either wanted a two bedroom or a really big one bedroom.
They were okay, but pretty typical.
reviewed on: 09/03/2015 by AnonymousThey were okay, but pretty typical. They operate at their own pace. They take care of things on their schedule, when they get a chance. It was pretty average.
We liked this community
reviewed on: 02/16/2017 by AnonymousMy loved one was originally in independent living and it was fantastic. We ate there often and the food was really good. They have a huge menu of choices. We moved mom into assisted living and the staff that worked with her were great. I do not think they offered the one on one care mom needed in the assisted living area. This is a larger community with long corridors. The administrative staff did seem overwhelmed. They have a memory care section called Club Carlisle that keeps the residents active during the day.
