Not The Right Fit For The Future
reviewed on: 02/14/2017 by AnonymousWe had a tour of the community and all went good until we spoke about the programs for medicaid. They were not able to purse help after that. There was no sense continuing with them. It was not going to work out for us.
Steve was awesome!
reviewed on: 04/17/2014 by Loved OneSteve was awesome! Between Savannah Court and A Place For Mom, they really made this happen for us. The food is good, and one of the important factors is they have Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing, that was a plus for us. It made the transition seamless. I have had nothing but good feedback from them, they are good at keeping up with the communication. One of the things that swayed the decision, was that they were able to outsource some of the other things for us, like they provided us a company that was able to move her from one place to the other. We are out of state so that was important. They had a nurse practitioner come out and assess her too, to make sure this would be a good fit for her.
A REALLY Nice Place
reviewed on: 07/07/2016 by LydiaI toured Savannah Court recently in anticipation of my father needing such a place in the near future. I was immediately impressed with the warmth when I entered. Many of the residents were in the main living room singing and thoroughly enjoying themselves. I also had the opportunity to meet several of the employees and they all seemed very friendly, caring and genuinely interested in the residents. My tour was very thorough and I observed how clean the place was. The pricing seemed a little more in line with our budget compared to some of the other assisted living places I visited. Upon leaving, the residents had just started eating lunch and it the food looked very good! I think we found the right place for my Dad!
Friendly, welcoming community
reviewed on: 03/23/2016 by AnonymousOur experience with Savannah Court has been a very good one, overall! The facility is clean and well kept (although occasionally there will be odors), and the staff all seem very attentive and caring. I like that they'll check on residents if they don't make it down for a meal. The dining service itself does a good job, as well! The food is good, and they're very flexible with the menu. Mom really seems to have settled in well, and the other residents have been very friendly and welcoming!
