Comfort for dad!!
reviewed on: 07/22/2017 by AnonymousMy father is adjusting well since his move to Spring Hills, he loves it and they are very on top of thing there. They have good meals and he is enjoying the activities. We have eaten there and there is a large variety and everyone I have encountered is always very nice and friendly. The aide that was with my father would send us pictures of him. They have the computer set up so that we can see what he is joining. The room is very nice. It is a much brighter atmosphere. It makes it more pleasant. We like that they have different levels of care and it is a flat fee.
A great experience!
reviewed on: 12/09/2016 by Bonnie UlmerThe team at Springs Hills has made my family feels so comfortable. Everyone is friendly and truly welcoming. There is a positive can do attitude that resonates across the entire facility. My dad and step mom feel like they are living on a cruise ship! Kudos to the team.
Spring Hills community review
reviewed on: 08/28/2020 by AnonymousSome of the staff are great, and some seem a little clueless. It is more expensive for what you are getting. My father absolutely loves the food. The rooms are nice, but the outside of the building needs to be updated.
Best possible place for my Mom
reviewed on: 09/03/2017 by Dawn LipthrottMy Mom lived here in Memory Care for 8 years. From Day 1 up until the very end I was so grateful she was here. Until she lost her ability to communicate clearly, every day I visited her she would tell me what a great place it was. In her first 2 or 3 years there, she was able to go on some excursions with assisted living and loved them. The staff in memory care truly CARED even when my Mom declined and could not interact with them in the same way. They treated my Mom like she was their own Mom. Like any facility, once in a while there would be some glitch or change of staff that didn't work, but it was minor and addressed immediately. It was always clean, no odor. I cannot say enough about how great they were and how grateful I am.
Glad to be here!
reviewed on: 07/22/2015 by Cecile HarrisI'm a new resident at Spring Hills, so far the staff have been so nice to me. I don't have much family here, so everyone has been so helpful. Having the staff here to help me has made this move much easier.
