reviewed on: 04/27/2015 by AnonymousWe toured this community while looking into care options for a loved one. Willow Bay looked like a very nice place, overall. The facility itself was clean and well kept, and seemed well run in general. The staff we met were all very friendly and professional.
Not Impressed at all
reviewed on: 02/03/2019 by AnonymousThey will not let you speak with occupants. I have called on several occasions with no call backs all times of day. Always Making Excuses why they will not come to telephone. Very unprofessional and hurtful. I feel sorry for the people in there that are isolated. Would never recommend even with all the accomodations and as they say beauty on the outside, ugly on the inside!
