Kind and patient staff
reviewed on: 10/11/2016 by AnonymousBoth of my parents have been at Savannah Court of Brandon for a year now. Neither one of my parents is an "easy" resident as my mother has late stage Alhzheimer's and has behavioral issues and my father considers himself her guardian and protector. The staff handles their separate problems with kindness and patience - always, despite their lack of cooperation. The pricing is very reasonable considering the excellent care provided to both of them.

"Everyone is just as friendly as can be" is another comment from her. We have been extremely pleased with our choice to move our mom into Savannah Court. You can tell that they really do care.

Day in and day out I personally appreciate changes that have been made, and creativity as well i. e. the "Hugging House" fantastic idea. I graciously thank you for your service.

reviewed on: 09/16/2021 by LPThe staff is very caring and the aides pay attention and can keep us up to date with our loved ones' condition. The community is smaller and the director is extremely involved and truly cares. We have had no complaints about the food and they have multiple options. The community has low turnover and they have on-site therapy options. My only concern is I would like more proactive communication with the staff but I would recommend this community to others based on my experience.
