Community Reviews
Light and friendly
reviewed on: 03/12/2015 by Deane CorneilMy 80 year old friend is now a resident in the assisted living section and is adjusting well. Her room is spacious and bright with lots of storage and a large bathroon area. The staff from the top down and the bottm up are very friendly and attentive to the needs and desires of the residents. There is a bus for outings/shopping etc and various activities each day. The facility is very well located to the hospital, shopping and other activities. The food is good and varied and the resident's choices for foods are catered to. My first impression of Bradenton Oakes was one of spaciousness, open concept, light, airy and friendly. I have recommended Bradenton Oaks to others and was happy to do so.
Worth looking into.
reviewed on: 03/30/2016 by AnonymousI think Bradenton Oaks is worth looking into. It was affordable for my sister. There's not a lot of activities per say, but they do encourage the residents to come out of their rooms, go to the dining area for meals, there's van service to go to Walmart/shopping. She's a picky eater so she doesn'y care for the food much.
Small Rooms
reviewed on: 12/17/2013 by Family MemberIt was fine, the units were small and you didn't get as much space for your money. It was also multi-story, so you had to ride elevators, and we didn't like that.
I appreciate all of you
reviewed on: 08/24/2020 by BettylouI toured this community prior to Covid. It was clean and staff members were very helpful. They communicated well with the residents and you cold see the love and compassion they have for them. After researching other communities I did decided to place my husband here. They stay in constant communication with me. Thank you Bradenton Oaks for always keeping me posted on what is going on with my husband. I appreciate all of you.
