It's not a luxury facility, but the staff are warm, attentive and the rooms are big. There's a pet cat and bunny. We feel welcome to visit. The residents seem really friendly too.

We did talk about her kitty, but don't remember if Dimitri said it was alright to bring it along. That kitty is so important to her. I described both facilities to her this evening on the phone and I am strongly leaning to Courtyard Plaza. The clients I spoke with were very friendly including staff. I have a call in for the hospital to call and render the evaluation that I don't think has been done. Also, she can bring some of her own furniture if she likes. Same price. Dimitri gets FIVE STARS.

They keep me informed of how things are going. Their communication has been very good. They proactively help out in any way they can to make it as good for the residents as possible. It is definitely a good deal with very good care.

I've had nothing but very good experiences with them. The value you get for your money is better than the last place we were at, better than any of the ones we have been to.
