Perfect Place for Mom

After my meeting with Mr. Gelman at the Courtyard Plaza my despair and hopelessness of finding the perfect facility for my mom finally turned into a reality. This immaculate, beautiful facility was more than what I could imagine for my mom- a perfect fit of meeting all the needs of my mother under one roof! All I can say is thank you Annelle Travis at a Place for Mom in guiding me to the Courtyard Plaza!!!!!!
mom is very happy, but not up front about costs
reviewed on: 03/25/2015 by AnonymousWhen I initially checked out Courtyard Plaza, I was told it would be one price. Then it ended up being more, and with extra last minute fees added on. I felt like it was a bit of a bait and switch. When I go to see mom, she is very happy and very well kept. Her nails and hair was done nice, she was in good spirits, etc. At every other place she has been at she has asked me to get her out of there, but at Courtyard Plaza she is very happy. I just wish it wasn't so expensive and that they were up front about the costs.
