They have a restaurant that has the best foom and the servers are friendly and keep updated on their meal need. They have great activities she loved being able to get out on the small trips away from the community. We would highly recommend everything about this community for the outstanding value and top care for other families

I would like to add our pleased outcome. To begin a relationship with any business agency that will play such a role in a family member's life, it is one of careful inspection & thoughtfulness. These days, integrity most times falls short when doing business with people (this is sad). However, Atria offers high integrity with it's wonderful staff. Almost seemingly too good to be true because how can people be this nice all the time? But they are! The marketing director, Aron, is the most genuine, caring and helpful business person I have met. From day one, she has been giving of her time and attention. Her answering & offering of answers to all our questions have superseded that of our own idea. She has remained in constant communication with me regarding our upcoming move for mom. The integrity continues to pour out with the business rep, Patricia & the front greeter, Elaine, the head nurse, Cameron seems very thorough as he crosses t's & dots i's prior to moms entry to her private studio suite and our waitress at lunch is pleasantly personable. Our family has been invited to their Thanksgiving lunch & I hear they will send a Christmas brunch invitation as well. The thoughtfulness as a whole is surprisingly amazing & comforting. The activity director is a bubble of energy & smiles. The campus is an oasis...really, to be in Stockton, the location is in the business district area with a promenade, lake, bike trails and big trees. The courtyard does not fall short of the surroundings either w/ pergolas, fountains and a large path between the foliage. They can have small pets! I just cannot say enough about Atria thus far. The food is delicious, as they allowed us to have lunch on our tour the first day, along with our gift bag of treats from the chef. We very much look forward to this adventure with mom's new independence. Atria staff care for the residents, down to the different artwork throughout the areas of living. Mom has been in one other 'assisted living facility' & it cannot compete with the abundance we feel from Atria. It truly is a gift from God that we have this opportunity.

reviewed on: 06/22/2021 by anonymousThe care givers are friendly, diligent, but we have noticed there is a lack of coordination between management, and the care staff, and management with the families. A lot of the care happens when you are not around and with the restrictions its hard to see everything, but what we have seen our loved one is well cared for. They are always willing to help and assist her. Our loved one has a social life and loves engaging in the activities with her new friends. She is also getting her medication on a regular basis and getting all her people.

We moved Mom into Atria Bayside Landing after years of trying to navigate caregiving in home between hiring and helping with family. Once I walked through those doors, I never looked back. I toured 8 yes 8 senior living communities in Stockton and chose the best for Mom. The Executive Director Miss Alexander, helped me through every step of the process from start to finish. She showed me around the community, completed agreement with me, answered all of my many many many questions and has responded to my emails within minutes at all hours of the night. Thank you. Next, the manintenance team, when we moved into the apartment they helped us set things up, the carpets were brand spanking new, as was the paint and furnishings and details. So clean. The caregivers especially Maria and Nadya are so sweet and have taken to Mom. They help her with dignity and I could not ask for a better place.
