94 yr old mom with Alzheimer dementia doing are best to coupe with placement
reviewed on: 04/14/2016 by ESpiMy mom has only been there for 3 weeks so I will do my best to grade. I feel the staff and caregivers are very friendly. The only reason I give 4 on caregivers is because I feel they are understaffed..The caregivers are very capable and friendly I just feel they are to busy to watch everyone..the living room area should always have someone there and sometimes residents are alone for 5-10 minutes Because caregivers are busy taking care of the residents especially after meal times. There needs to be better communication between shift changes. They informed me that they are currently looking for more stuff. All in all its a good starting place for me and my family it is just a hard decision for any family and they do listen to what you have to say and seem to care and I have a lot to say. My mom has Alzheimer's dementia and is a very difficult resident and they seem to care about her we are all working together for what is best for her. It hasn't been any easy transition for my mom she is in the memory care section which only has 16 residents. She shares a room
Mom's new home
reviewed on: 10/02/2013 by Debbie SWhen entering facility it was very neat and clean. Visiting area and dining area very roomy. Rooms are private and cozy. After several visits and meeting some staff and patients it truly is a family. Patients seem relaxed including my mother, she was nervous at first but she has settled in well. I visit regularly and enjoy talking and playing games with all. Food is fairly descent. Don't be scared, knowledge is power, when you see different levels of patients it should not discourage you everyone needs help. Be open, ask questions and visit often at different times this will give you a good idea of how the facility runs.
They Have Such Wonderful Staff
reviewed on: 09/15/2017 by AnonymousHospitality House has been doing an excellent job. It is a secure place and the staff watched my husband very closely. I am pleased with what they do for him, they are doing things that I wouldn't have thought of. I like that they are very kind and caring. The helped most by supervising his exit seeking and started him on a new medication. They wanted to be by his side since the new medication could make him unstable.
This facility is not for mo...

My dad is happy there
reviewed on: 10/21/2021 by BettyWhen we were first allowed to tour the first impression right off the bat was that its very clean and no fowl smells. The majority of the staff we have encountered we have had good luck with. We built a really good rapport with the marketing lady we met with, and our loved one is now starting to participate in the exercises classes and bingo now that the activities are coming back.
