Community Reviews
A safe, warm place
reviewed on: 08/30/2017 by Betty Leonard5 stars on everything. Activities are scaled to their capabilities and instructor is wonderful. The place is always clean. The staff knows everyone's name and are so friendly and helpful. The food is super. The rooms are just the right size. The garden area is always maintained and lots of seating. The area my mom is in is completely inclosed and I know she is safe. I can call anytime to check on her and it's never a problem.

reviewed on: 11/04/2020 by Brandie P.Park Terrace is a warm and engaging environment. We love the atmosphere and [name removed], the Wellness Director, is wonderful with the residents. She is always making plans for fun activities and has lots creative ideas to make her residents happy and to feel cared for. My daughter and I love volunteering for this organization
time sensitive experience
reviewed on: 11/15/2018 by Pat VittiAt first, when everything is confusing and you are concerned about whether you made the right choice for your loved one, communications seem to be minimal. The care staff is great right from the beginning. Later on, after you and your loved one have adjusted to the new normal, you learn where to go and who to talk to when you have questions. Now it seems like an extended family.
Review of Park Terrace
reviewed on: 11/04/2020 by Brett PetersonFrom top management to the caregivers, medtechs, activities dept, and all the wonderful staff at Park Terrace you will find professional, friendly, and almost a family type atmosphere. I am a Chaplain for Sea Crest Hospice and I visit weekly singing and encouraging the residents, and they love Park Terrace. Of course it is challenging during this Pandemic, and visits are outside patio visits, but the staff is doing a wonderful job caring for the physical, spiritual, and psycho-social needs of the residents. First class all the way!
A Family-like atmosphere
reviewed on: 04/01/2019 by Don SennottWhen we were looking for a place for my sister to live, we checked out several communities in Orange County. We decided on Park Terrace because of the caring and loving staff. Over the past three years we have been impressed by the way everyone from the front desk attendants through the restaurant staff, the medical team, the activities team, the maintenance workers, and the cleaning staff do their best to make residence feel like they are members of a large family.
