Very happy after some initial frustration
reviewed on: 07/09/2015 by KimMoved my mom in on Friday, which was the beginning of a holiday weekend. This is my first experience with assisted living so I had no idea what to expect. I didn't ask about that level of detail and they didn't offer, so that's really on me. I think I was expecting them to do a little more in terms of transitioning but I'm not sure if that expectation was correct or not. Everyone's there during business hours but after 4 or 5 it's only nurses. It's been almost a week and I'm still figuring things out. A little frustrating but I think this is normal. Everyone is very helpful and nice but I get most of the stuff done during the day (business hours). The facility is nice, the amenities are very nice, and overall I'm happy (albeit still a little frustrating) but I think after we're done working through all the details it will be wonderful.

He Is Happy Here
reviewed on: 05/12/2016 by AnonymousMy brother is doing well at this community and I am pleased. He is very happy here and they are treating him very nice. The community is clean and well-kept. The staff is caring for him very well. Overall it has been a good experience for us.

reviewed on: 11/10/2018 by AnonymousThe facility is undergoing extensive renovation now and there is a lot of turmoil. The staff seems afraid of it's own shadow. Management may be difficult. People seem unable to make appropriate decisions of their business on their own without obtaining "approval." The care staff, while competent, is difficult to understand. English is not their native language. I am relatively pleased with my overall experience. AND; the meals are acceptable to good.
