Each apartment has full kitchen w/dishwasher; each apartment has stackable washer/dryer. No additional charge for second person. No endowment fees or entrance fees. $500 security deposit; $300 pet deposit. No smoking in building. Decor inside is beautiful and elegant. Garages available for $50/month; carport available for $20/month. Meals are NOT included -- -

Fine facility
