I liked their attitude towards response time, saying that a call button should be answered in 3-5 minutes. I liked that their kitchen was open from 7 a.m., until 10 p.m. so they could go down when they were hungry to eat. This was significantly more expensive, and further away than others we were looking at.

reviewed on: 08/20/2013 by AnonymousThe community is very nice and is kept very clean. They offer quite a few things for the residents. They have lots of activities and plenty of things for the residents to do. The community is expensive but if you can afford it I would highly recommend it.
It's been a good experience and I would recommend them to others.

They should get more of a variety of activities, people should check the paperwork and the figures because they are not always correct. They are accommading when you make requests and quick to respond. It's been a good experience and I would recommend them to others.
A good fit for my dad
reviewed on: 12/17/2020 by anonymousWe chose this facility becuase of the location and they offered elderly waiver. My dad is in a studio and I feel like it is perfect for what he needs. I they have memory care and assisted living, so it is a low functioning community. There is not a whole lot of chatter and talk and get together, I think if they added independent that it would be more vibrant. Overall, I would absolutely recommend the community.
Moms new home
reviewed on: 11/24/2013 by AmyMom has been at Keystone for nine days now, she is doing great! She physically is fine but her dementia was getting bad living alone. Since the move she seems to have regained her memory some which is so good to see.
