Very desirable. Besides these reasons and because I am there often, I see the genuine care, respect and gentleness each resident is given. Helping them in a respectful way when that resident is having a hard time. Every person from the Director Trina to people in the kitchen give the same way make Prestige Commons a real "Place for my mom"

The only problem we had was the folks would have to be on the second floor all the time because the first floor was for those who required assistance all the time. There really was a garden area for them to walk around when the weather gets nice.

From the moment we visited, and continuing through her stay, we were very impressed with the facility and the staff. My mother was proud to be in her new room when she had visitors, and my four brothers and sisters were delighted with the care she was receiving. The entire facility was always clean and fresh, and the staff was always attentive. During her final weeks, we were unable to visit in person due to COVID-19, but the staff continued to care for and comfort her, even when we could not. Truly a godsend for my mother and my family.
