Community Reviews
So far so good
reviewed on: 06/16/2021 by Laura DWe chose Terraza Court because of the cleanliness of the facility, there was no smell when you walk in. Also the friendliness of the administrative staff as well as the location was convenient to me. We also liked that the population was diverse at the facility. They do offer shared and private rooms, right now he has a shared room. The staff really seem to care about their residents, they are punctual, and I feel confident with my person in their care. Whenever I have voiced any concerns, they are always taken care of. I would recommend to others looking.
Open Welcoming and Caring
reviewed on: 10/27/2021 by Russ PThe thing that was most apparent to us was how open and inviting the fell of the community was. From the staff to the residents it just feels welcoming. They have activities like bingo and other things for the residents to do to keep busy. I like it a lot here it has been a great fit for our family.
Our Tour Experience
reviewed on: 06/01/2021 by anonymousWe thought this place was nice, but they didn’t have as many Covid restrictions, so we didn’t feel as comfortable relying on their process. They gave a virtual tour of the facility, but they included common areas only. We wanted to virtually see the resident rooms, and she never called us back.
